Kendall County Operation Snowball
Operation Snowball is the invention of IL Teens. Five youth, upon returning home from the Illinois Teenage Institute on Substance Abuse, wanted to bring their experience and their newfound knowledge to the teens in their community. These youth of Rockford, Illinois enlisted the help of adults to serve in advisory roles, and recruited more teens to help plan and carry out a three-day retreat experience called Operation Snowball.
